The oversized storm collar folds up for additional weather protection and the leash portal on the back fits over most harnesses.

Whether you're blazing the trails or exploring the backcountry, leg loops provide a secure fit option in windy weather, while reflective accents create visibility in low-light conditions. The relaxed fit and side-release buckles make it easy to put on and take off, and the extended vest means more coverage for your dog's hips and thighs.

    The only coat he'll wear

    My boy Coop lost his blue Ruffwear raincoat in the Palisades fire, and when southern california was going to be hit with a big rain storm a month later, I knew I had to repurchase. He may look wet in this photo but I assure he was DRY AS A BONE under this thing. It stays on him so well, doesn't block his pee stream, and there's no hood for him to be endlessly bothered by. All that means he'll ACTUALLY WEAR IT ON A WALK!

    The best part of this purchase was the customer service. I didn't have a record of what size I had bought, and customer service promptly emailed me back with the right size to order and a discount code for the replacement <3 Shoutout to Christina on the Customer Experience Team!

    Our puppy loves this coat! It keeps her nice and dry for those rainy northeast days. The sizing was very easy to read and the coat itself is simple to get on/off. The hind leg loops are perfect for our squirmy girl! Can’t recommend this coat enough!!

    Perfect raincoat

    Very happy with the raincoat for my golden retriever to help during the rainy season in California make sure my house isn’t only wet dog smell constantly. Also easy to pack and put on.
