Dangerous for spinning dogs

We use a Ruffwear harness on our 27 pound Australian Shepard and decided to also get a Ruffwear leash, as our previous leash was beginning to fray. On our first walk with this leash my dog unknowingly was detached from the leash. He likes to spin while walking and this spinning motion somehow gets the clip stuck to the harness and then eventually causes the leash to detach from the harness. It is unusable with you front range harness. Very upset that a leash this expensive does not work reliably with your own harness.

Short term use

It’s a great leash but unfortunately he was able to chew through it when I let him visit some young children at my workplace because I was out of sight ☹️

Don’t use it Quality is

Don’t use it Quality is inferior to their old wagwear leashes so still using those . Donating your leashes to pet shelter.

Skeptical at first but love it

Initially, I was skeptical of the leash, as it is so much lighter than others we've used but it's become our go-to leash for our daily walks.

My dog can slip out of this one. Not for us.
