The Highlands Pad is a lightweight, backpacking dog bed with an accordion-fold design for compact and easy transport. It's the first thing you unpack at the car or at camp, giving your dog a warm and comfortable place to rest while you gather gear or set up the tent.

The lightweight, closed-cell foam and synthetic down insulate from hard, cold surfaces, and a non-slip waterproof base with a soft microsuede sleeping surface makes it easy to clean. The packable dog bed can be used on its own or with the Highlands™ Sleeping Bag (sold separately) for a complete sleeping system.

    perfect "spot" for the brewery!

    Finnegan LOVES his new "spot." Since he is mat-trained, he loves relaxing on his "spot" when we are at the park, the brewery, or chowing down at our favorite local restaurant. This pad is lightweight and easy to throw in a backpack and bring along with us on our favorite city adventures. It also seems very durable and east to clean, too.

    Service Dog Must Have

    Easily fits in a backpack or sling under my wheelchair. I like having this for my service dog to settle in nicely and avoid laying on dirty floors in public. Tucker is a standard poodle, his arms/legs do hang over on the large.

    A good landing pad for public spaces for my service dog

    Perfect for providing a landing zone for my service dog anywhere we go. Just small enough to fit in a 32l backpack along with her supplies and my things

    Good trail bed

    We have used this during longer backcountry cross-country ski trips. Packs well and our dog seems to like it, especially when it is colder out!
