Have an all black Malinois mix who can go forever, even if she’s beginning to overheat. Got the swamp cooler jacket since it hand the most coverage up top. The length of XL was perfect in length, but too big in the chest. M is her normal harness size, fit nice and snug in her chest but the top was too short in terms of covering her long body. Settled on L as a compromise. Would like to see an update with 3 adjustable connection points; around the collar and around chest (instead of just one around belly).

Despite one adjusting point, this jacket is still amazing. Even helped keep the pup cool while road tripping through the desert.

It works really well for cooling the dog. She stopped panting immediately after it was put on.

While I have not used this product yet. I have to give five stars to Ruffwear's customer service. I ran out of time to exchange this product for a different size and they extended the return window, no questions asked. We are an outdoorsy family, and take our dog with us everywhere. However we also live in North Carolina, where it's not the heat that will get you but the humidity. I'm constantly worried about keeping our dog cool while still letting him be a dog outside, I cannot wait to use this during the summer!
