The Flagline Harness is a fast, light, and comfortable body harness with a nimble design that keeps dogs in their flow, from scrambling in the backcountry to conquering everyday obstacles.

A handle and load-dispersing chest/belly panel make for easy lift-and-assist in a minimal design good for all-day wear. High adjustability and easy on/off make the Flagline secure and accessible, especially popular among tripods, deeming it the harness of choice for giving dogs a little boost and a lot of freedom when the path ahead is anything but flat.

*Customers may receive product with variations in V ring finish. The aluminum V ring on the Flagline™ Harness will have either a matte or chrome finish.

Balanced and comfortable lifting with padded handle and load-dispersing chest/belly panel.

Three leash connection points: Aluminum V-ring on the back, and two reinforced webbing loops – one on chest for dogs that pull, and one on back.

    Love this harness!

    I got this for a sienor dog that I adopted. I use it for walks but I also use it to assist her when jumping in and out of the car. She is small but still weighs about 20lbs (and is on a diet) and I don't really want to be lifting her with just my hands and arms. The harness makes it much more secure for manageable to assist her. She was right on the edge of a S and XS, I went with the XS and I'm happy with the fit. I also love the light attachment and will use the RuffWear light on evening walks. And of course, it's very cute on her!

    Great Harness

    This is perfect for our 68 pound husky. We needed a comfortable fit due to a lipoma on her chest and this one works beautifully. Easy on and off even with 4 buckles.

    Very light weight

    This is a nice, light harness. I have the size small for my 28 pound, 6-month-old pit mix. He’s a skinny snake of a dog, but this harness doesn’t feel too heavy on him. I also appreciate the two pairs of clips along the abdomen—feels more secure against escape efforts.

    I love it, she tolerates it

    I was really delighted with the quick response and advice I received from Ruffwear. April is a whippet/smooth fox terrier mix and has a deep chest, slender neck, and tiny waist, and weighs about 30 pounds. She's also very opinionated and strong-willed. After trying many harnesses, we settled on a sort of standard Ruffwear, but it would twist around and chafe her when she darted after a rabbit. Ruffwear recommended the Flagline. I ordered the Small in Basalt and after some adjustments it fits her perfectly. I sneak it over her head while offering a treat and she's getting used to it. It's much lighter than the old one. Once on, she's perfectly content with it. (I made more adjustments after taking the photo. Easy to adjust on or off her body!)
