The Polar Trex dog snow boots provide warmth, traction, and protection so those paws can keep exploring in winter conditions.

Constructed with an insulated softshell upper for breathable, weatherproof warmth in extreme cold and inclement weather. The Ruffwear-designed Vibram® Icetrek™ outsole provides traction on frozen surfaces and is a barrier against cold and snow-melt chemicals. The hook-and-loop closure cinches at the narrowest part of the dog’s leg for a secure fit. Zip the stretch gaiter over the closure to protect the hook-and-loop from snow build-up.

Just as you would with your gear, adjust fit and check tension of boot straps 15 minutes into your activity and throughout the adventure as needed.

Set of TWO boots. Many dogs have wider front paws than rear paws. We offer our boots in sets of two so you can order the appropriate sizes for a good fit on both the front and rear paws.

    Made so well

    These little booties are made very well. We haven’t had a chance to see if they fit yet. We’ll do that any day now as winter is almost here. Last year here in Eugene, we had a big ice storm with an 8 day power outage. We had nothing for our dogs feet outside. We do now. These are beautiful. Super rugged. We got the socks too. They’re also great. We haven’t a bunch of things from Ruffwear. Best frisbee rings in the business by far. Our dog loves to catch them. It’s all she’ll go after. And amazing tug of war. This 57 lb gsd/chow/lab mix is a savage at catching these. We have six now. lol. Thanks Ruffwear for all the cool well made sh!t. 😎

    Winter dog boots

    These boots are awesome. They are easy to put on my dog. My dog does not mind having them put on. They are easy to break in if you follow the directions. And they do not fall off. I would highly recommend these boots.

    Polar Trex™ Winter Dog Boots

    Recently got these for the snow and cold winters here in Canada. So far my pup enjoys them (as much as he can as he hates things on his paws). They have shown to stay on his feet while he runs around and play in the snow, which was my ultimate concern. Since I have only recently gotten a chance to test them out a few times, more running around and testing will need to be done to ensure they stay on for extended play. I have not put them to test in harshest of cold temperatures but so far I am pleasantly impressed with these boots ability to keep my pups feet warm and dry. on our walks.

    Great in true winter weather

    We just got these in and our dog adjusted quickly to wearing them. They are sturdy on the bottom making them ideal for snowy winter weather. The velcro straps help keep them positioned properly on her feet. So far they are working out great.
