For dogs who like to roam

Simple to use and allows my dog to move around the campsite without being restricted to one small area. Perfect for campsites that require dogs to be on a leash, or in a dispersed camping environment if you’re worried your dog may wander off in the middle of the night to chase a rabbit.

Tangle-free dogs with room to roam

I hooked the first one to a tree and the front of the RV. I hooked the second one to a tree and the rear of the RV. Cody and Maggie had plenty of room to roam without getting tangled up. I gave it four stars because some state parks require straps that encircle trees to be a minimum of one inch wide-so I had to get creative. Perhaps the daisy chain base could be wider? Otherwise, a great product that met our needs!

Can't live without it

I didn't realize we needed it until I didn't have it for a trip, and was very disappointed. This is perfect for my dog, she can not be off. Lease but loves to explore. It packs up small enough for her to carry it in her backpack, and has the perfext amount of line for a good long run

Worked great but wore out fast

Pros: Easy to set up, allows for a lot of flexibility in placement Cons: made of stretchy material so was constantly having to re-tighten the line, the cover of the run line rubbed off of the material underneath within probably a dozen or so uses causing the cover to bunch up and prevent the caribeiner moving. Overall: good if you are only going to use it infrequently or if your dog doesn't move around much but if you have an active dog who does a lot of running back and forth while on the line or will be using this item frequently may want to look into something made of sturdier material.
