How does RuffWorn™ work?

RuffWorn™ items go through a three-step process before they make it back out into the wild:

Items are returned: Gear is returned in gently-used condition, whether it does not fit or is no longer needed.
Gear is inspected: Our team evaluates the condition of items against four grading criteria: Excellent, lightly used, moderately used, and well worn.
Relisted for adventure: Items are documented and organized for resale.
