We want you to dig your Ruffwear experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging.

THINGS TO KNOW

Starting your adventure off on the right paw means making sure your gear is a good fit for your dog. We recommend trying gear indoors first and keeping packaging intact before you hit the trail.

Products returned after 30 days of the original order date are eligible for credit in the form of a ruffwear.com e-Gift Card.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Complete the Return Form located on the back of your printed Order Summary that came with your order. Include the completed Return Form in your package, along with the item(s), and follow the shipping instructions to begin the return process.

No longer have your original Order Summary? Download and print a new Return Form.

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and insuring the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note: refunds do not include shipping costs paid on your original order.

I LIKE MY GEAR BUT WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE. WHAT DO I DO?

Exchanges are processed as new orders. Follow the return process and then place a new order for the size or color you need. Shipping charges may apply to new orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, Ruffwear will issue credit for the return within two business days. Credits may take up to five business days to post to your account once you send back your item. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
