I've been looking for a vest like this for my medical alert & response and mobility assistance service dog for ages, and it fits the bill perfectly. I always have to keep emergency medical info cards in my service dog's vest in case I have an episode in public, so I need something with pockets; but since I use a wheelchair, I really need something as thin and low profile as possible, because we constantly struggle to squeeze through spaces. I tried the Switchback harness, but the saddle bags get caught on things when we're trying to squeeze through tight aisles. This vest is super sleek and low profile. And, unlike the traditional service dog vests with pockets, this one has a strap between the legs that keeps it from tilting to one side, as all of my old vests always do. I was able to add a nice, visible "Do Not Pet" patch to the chest piece and an additional one on the back of the vest, but otherwise left it as is, so it looks nice and sleek and professional. It's exactly what we needed to meet our needs.
