The BackTrak Evac Kit™ is an emergency evacuation kit that’s prepared for the unexpected so you and your dog can confidently go out and go further.

It includes two components: a lightweight first-aid dog muzzle, and a human vest with a built-in dog carrying sling. Together, these are designed to aid you if an emergency situation comes up and your dog is injured or sick and unable to get back to the car under their own power.

The first-aid muzzle features micro-adjustability around the snout and has a buckle for quick and easy securing behind your dog's ears. The human vest/dog sling features several points of adjustment for the dog and human, with color-coded straps for easy setup. It can be worn with the dog either in the front or the back.

    Great

    We got this incase we had to evac our apartment through the fire escape. I LOVE the color coded buckles which make attaching the dog harness so much easier. It's VERY strappy. They don't show that in the pictures, so it can be overwhelming at first to put on and adjust. With enough practice, though, we got this down very quick. We actually trained putting our pup in with someone distracting him and making him move a bit to simulate more of a chaotic situation and we were able to get him in with no problem.

    Great recovery pack!

    I have been looking for a while on a compact recovery pack for my dog. We go hiking in the Sandia mountains and needed something in case she got hurt and needed to get out. I am glad this kit is not hard to use or to complicated. It is very convenient to pack in my backpack for both long and short hikes.

    Happy to have it, hope to never need it

    I haven't fully trained my partner on this piece of gear yet, but we pulled it out and sized it to start with. Like every other piece of ruffwear gear we've encountered, it appears to be very well made and sturdy. I'm very happy to have it for our adventures, but I sincerely hope to never need it.

    Pour sécuriser nos randonnées en montagne

    J'ai acheté le BackTrak™ Dog Evacuation Kit pour sécuriser nos randonnées en montagne en cas de pépin avec notre Labrador 75 livres qui a maintenant 7 ans.

    Nous avons essayé rapidement le système pour valider si la taille était la bonne pour notre chienne. La taille Large était correcte pour elle. Par contre la muselière, l'ajustement était à son plus petit, mais malgré tout trop grande pour son museau. Le kit est un peu compliqué à remettre dans la pochette, mais comme c'est pour une utilisation de manière exceptionnelle c'est acceptable.

    J'espère ne pas l'avoir à l'utiliser, mais je suis contente de mon achat pour partir l'esprit tranquille.
