The Front Range Collar is an everyday dog collar – an essential in every canine's kit – with an easy-to-use side-release buckle. The ombré pattern gives a nod to the shifting hues of the nature-inspired colors that make up our Front Range™ Collection. It includes Ruffwear's signature collar features: an aluminum V-ring, separate ID tag attachment point, a silicone tag silencer, and strong and comfortable webbing that holds its color.

    Quality collar

    Our golden retriever is really rough on his collars- he’s very active and likes to roll in everything, especially on trails. This collar still looks brand new after muddy puddle jaunts and ocean swims. High quality material

    Best collar

    We have used Ruffwear, the Front Range collars and harnesses in particular, will all 3 of our dogs for year now and love them.

    First, they wear very comfortably. Other harnesses and collars have irritated our dogs or made them scratch. Since converting to the Front Range, all of irritation has been removed.

    Second, they are super durable and easy to clean. Two of our dogs have had theirs for 4+ years and they are still in great shape. Our puppy is working her way up in sizes but have had no issues with her's so far.

    Lastly, they have great color combinations to match your dog's personalities. And all of the collars come with a rubber tag to put in between their dog tags on the metal loop of the collar. Its optional but we love it. It keeps their rabies tags from rattling with their name tag and jingling whenever they move. It a lot less noise when your sleeping if your dogs sleep in the bed/room with you like our 3 do.

    Simple well-made collar

    I purchased this collar to go with the Front Range leash I bought when my dog was a puppy. The collar is simple, but very well made, as all Ruffwear products are. My one complaint is that this model is not available in the same color as the leash, but it has been a couple of years, so I understand colorways come and go. It's close enough.

    A Great Match to the harness and leash!

    Loving the collar; I am a bit disappointed that the dog tag we got doesn’t fit on the loop for the tag so we have to put it on the leash loop but they both fit fine.
