The Ruffwear Grip Trex dog boots set the standard in paw wear for dogs who hike, bike, run, or explore the great outdoors with their humans.

These high-performance boots feature a rugged and resilient Ruffwear-designed Vibram outsole that provides exceptional traction on varied terrain. Breathable mesh upper provides ventilation and keeps dirt and debris out. Closure system combines hook-and-loop with hardware, cinching around the narrowest part of the dog’s leg to provide a secure fit.

Just as you would with your gear, check closure system and adjust fit as needed 15 minutes into your activity and throughout the adventure.

Grip trex

The design of the shoes are excellent, but unfortunately the shoes after two days cut up my dogs feet. Kind of nervous to try a larger size because I don’t want it to happen again.

Hello Clareese, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience with the Grip Trex Boots. I am awfully sorry to hear that your dog's paws got cut up. A larger size boot would likely result in the boot coming off or rubbing the paw even more. Many dogs really benefit from boot liners or toddler socks to help cushion the paws and alleviate rubbing. With or without socks, we highly recommend giving the dog a chance to break in the boots and for their paws to get used to them. Much like a person would wear their new hiking boots around the house a handful of times before they go on a new hike, it is important for dog paws to get a chance to get used to the boots. Please feel free to let us know if you need any additional information or assistance. Keep on wagging, Skyler Vella Customer service 888-783-3932

Very pleased

My dog is a service dog so having shoes is a must for hot pavement or hash chemicals in the winter. I'm honestly impressed. Some friends suggested I check these out and we love them. The only shoes that not only fit Piper and stays on her feet, but they also took no time at all to adapt to. Really happy with the way things turned out. Can't wait to rock ''em for our trip!

These boots are durable

I got these for my first service dog and she and I loved them. They helped us most in hot weather with the pavement being so hot! I can't wait to get them for my Bernese MT Dog! Excited

I would recomend ruffwear boots for all dogs. They are great for any activity and they do not rip easily. They are amazing at protecting Dougs paws from hot cement and all other dangerous items.
