The Grip Trex dog boots set the standard in paw wear for dogs who hike, bike, run, or explore the great outdoors with their humans.

With the Grip Trex, those paws can go the distance thanks to the rugged and resilient Ruffwear-designed Vibram outsole with exceptional traction and protection on varied terrain. Breathable mesh upper provides ventilation, and the closure system combines hook-and-loop with hardware, cinching around the narrowest part of the dog’s leg to provide a secure fit.

Set of TWO boots. Many dogs have wider front paws than rear paws. We offer our boots in sets of two so you can order the appropriate sizes for a good fit on both the front and rear paws.

Another dog another pair of boots!
My golden doodle has been wearing a variety of Ruffwear boots and accessories since his first winter back in 2013/14. Now 11 years later, he's still sporting a nice set of boots but he has a little brother who has much bigger feet and hand-me-downs wasn't going to do the job. My new pup is half St Bernard and has the feet to prove it! Big and thick he's been a harder fit than the doodle! I had to go up a size from what I ordered just to accommodate his thick pads. The 3.25s for the front paws are a bit big and he could probably do with 3.0 for both front and back, but he's only 9 months old, 105 lbs and still growing! My guys can play fetch in their boots, go on hikes with them, dig in the snow with them! Once they get used to them it's like they don't have them on. And this particular style stays on really well without getting tangled in their long leg hair like the higher boots with front zippers. Those were hard to manage with hairy-legged dogs!!

awesome protection from coral and sturdy protection
These boots stay on well and because the bottom color is vibrant I can tell from far away if my dog managed to turn them around on her foot when she rolled in the grass.

These are Great Boots for an active dog
I put the Grip Trex on our Border Collie for a recent Chicago snow at first she did the usual "funny dog walk". Once we started moving she acted like nothing was on her feet. She plowed through snow, slush or puddle. She went on sidewalk and off into the grass and trees. The sole wasn't stiff and flexed with her as she walked and ran. Glad I purchased.
