The Grip Trex dog boots set the standard in paw wear for dogs who hike, bike, run, or explore the great outdoors with their humans.

With the Grip Trex, those paws can go the distance thanks to the rugged and resilient Ruffwear-designed Vibram outsole with exceptional traction and protection on varied terrain. Breathable mesh upper provides ventilation, and the closure system combines hook-and-loop with hardware, cinching around the narrowest part of the dog’s leg to provide a secure fit.

Set of TWO boots. Many dogs have wider front paws than rear paws. We offer our boots in sets of two so you can order the appropriate sizes for a good fit on both the front and rear paws.

    Only Boots my Aussie will Wear

    These boots work great for my 7 year old Aussie. Needed some breathable footwear to protect his paws as our ranch has tons of sand burs, prickers and cacti. With a little training, he took to wearing the boots and now looks forward to putting them on to go roam the ranch fields. Now he confidently walks around the sand and fields with no fear and the boots stay on even through all his zoomies and traversing. The breathable fabric and lightweight soles make them a great choice for our hot Texas summers.

    Great boots

    Recently visited Great Sand Dunes National Park and our golden had her boots on as we climbed the dunes. We did various hikes along our trip. Gradually broken them in before the trip by having her wear a little at a time each day. See did the prancing horse dance, but then got used to them. Highly recommended for your active dog.

    Flexible and seem to stay on well

    The fit is great, the velcro helps them stay on well- hopefully the mesh continues to help cool her feet. Also protection to my dogs feet for summer- this is a must!

    Dog Boots That Work

    My 4 year old Golden Retriever has an issue where she doesn’t pick up her back legs all the way while walking. She would grind her nails down to the quick, leaving her not being able to walk. These boots are easy to put on and they stay on her paws while on walks. Thanks to Ruffwear she is able to enjoy her walks.
