I purchased the same leash close to 10 years ago for my greyhound who we recently lost to osteosarcoma. In the wake of his loss, I applied to several Greyhound Adoption groups, and ended up fostering a large shepherd mix puppy. I ended up ordering a new leash because the former has sentimental value and will continue to be used as it’s still in great condition, but I didn’t want puppy teeth to chew it up by accident. The new version has 2 adjustable rubber stoppers on either side of the loop, which are great to set a place you’d like for it to sit on your dog’s neck. I’ve mostly used it on my new greyhound puppy, who doesn’t really pull, so I’m not sure how the additional rubber stopper would work in practice with a dog that is prone to pulling. Nonetheless, it’s a great leash, with plenty of reflective designs to help with visibility in low light.
