Load Up™ Dog Car Harness

The Load Up harness does a nice job balancing safety and comfort. It’s much easier to use than the certified safety harness, and gives our golden retriever greater freedom of movement. The design distributes force on the chest area in the event of an accident while integrating with the car’s seatbelt. We like the metal buckles, as well, having experienced failure of plastic ones. We have a few harnesses, and this is our go-to.

The attachment loop is way easier to clip in and out of than the normal harness D-ring. The location at the bottom of the harness is great too - it doesn't get tangled around legs or restrict my dog's ability to sit up easily.

Makes me feel much better having our dog secure in the back seat. She is an anxious traveler and this is the best solution!

After much research into various car harnesses, I choose the load up for my Medical Alert and Response K9. She took to it easily and after only three uses is already well accustomed to it. She enjoys our car rides even more than she used to as the window is now rolled all the way down for her!
