The Roamer™ is an adjustable stretch-webbing running dog leash that can be hand-held or worn around the waist for a dynamic hands-free leash experience. Wavelength™ stretch webbing keeps humans and canines connected while allowing an extended range for roaming and exploring.

The side-release buckle on the handle is easy to use and reinforced with an aluminum uniloop for exceptional strength, adjusting easily when wearing around the waist. Ruffwear’s unique Talon Clip™ offers a strong and secure connection to your dog.

It includes Ruffwear's signature leash features like a padded handle, an accessory loop for pick-up bags or small attachable leash accessories, and strong webbing that holds its color so it can be your favorite leash for years to come. Waist adjusts up to 48 in (122 cm).

    Our favourite leash!

    Love this leash! The bungee definitely helps when my dog pulls suddenly and the handle is comfortable to hold. Also love the traffic handle when I need to keep him closer.

    GOAT Leash!

    This is the best leash ever! I love being hands free while running with my 2 Dalmatian dogs. I combine it with the Double Track Dog Leash Coupler, and the Front Range Dog Harnesses. It is all great gear!

    The only thing that I would change is the waist buckle, to make stronger. I am on my 3rd Roamer Bungee leash, as they seem to only last 3yrs or so before the plastic buckle breaks. I am still giving it 5 stars, because I do believe it is normal wear and tear per say. The buckle on both previous leashes, snapped when one of my dogs saw a bunny and tried to go run after it. I think after years of use the buckle wears down and weakens, plus having two 60lb dogs yanking on it does not help. I think a metal buckle like the one used for the Top Rope collar would hold longer.

    Love these

    This is our 2nd one, bought it so I could have one for each of my dogs. We love these for hikes, it prevents me from having to pull my dogs back if they are pulling on me - the leash does that for me. Love these! I do wish they had more color options, maybe someday!
