The Beacon™ is a high-performance safety dog light to help keep dogs visible in low-light conditions or inclement weather. The Beacon is durable and waterproof, with an easy-to-use Quick Clip™ that attaches to Ruffwear apparel, harnesses, collars, and other gear. The Beacon is rechargeable, with indicator lights to let you know when it’s charging or the battery is low. Easily cycle through three LED color options and three light modes for maximum visibility on your adventure. The Beacon is visible from all directions with a bright, full-body glow design.

Waterproof

The Beacon is waterproof to a depth of 1m of water for 30 minutes.

Rechargeable

280mAh LiPo battery is charged with the included standard micro USB cable. Charge time is approximately 1.5hrs.

Three Colors/Modes

Three highly visible colors, three modes, and an operating time up to 20hrs.

    A Beacon for each of my Dogs

    This light is incredible. It has three settings (bright, strobe, energy saver) and recharges quickly. Clips onto their collars easily. I turn it on whenever they go out at night and I can see them across the yard. Has three different colors so I can tell which dog is up to what nonsense. My only “con” is that it is somewhat difficult to turn on and off as the button is very small and because it’s waterproof the button is flush with the side of the beacon which makes it difficult if you don’t have the fine motor dexterity of a child. I’ve had these for several years now and when one went bad they sent me a new one. Hands down the best light for visibility.

    Best safety light

    I bought 3 of these about 5 years ago and they are still working perfectly. Yes on one of them the on/off button is a little more stiff than the other 2 but it works. They are used daily on our 3 dogs and don’t require recharging often and charge time is quite quick. These are durable ! Would definitely buy again and highly recommend .

    puts up with heavy use

    this light rarely gets charged and lives on her collar. she does a ocean swim most weeks and its been a year and ita still going strong. i thought it was quite expensive for a light at the time but it's been well worth it compared to the cheaper options

    Love love love this. Perfect at night with any way of attachment you wanna use, love the red in the day when needed as it gives serious "Working dog/ serious gal" vibes crowd navigating when she doesn't have any signs on (I personally only do that in stores we're frequent in where the staff has known her for months so there isn't an issue of ESA assumption and all that)
