The Trail Runner™ Belt enhances miles on the trail by providing a hip belt and leash system for running with your dog on-leash and hands-free while comfortably carrying the essentials. The lay-flat design with light padding and stretch storage means a comfortable, bounce-free running experience when carrying your phone, keys, pick-up bags, and soft flask (not included) in the two zippered pockets.

The separate leash attachment strap is compatible with most leashes: unclip the side-release buckle, thread the strap through the handle of your leash, and clip back in.

The Trail Runner™ Leash (not included) is our favorite leash to pair with this belt. It’s a dynamic, shock-absorbing design and the optimal length for running, making the Trail Runner™ Running Belt and Leash the system that’ll have both you and your dog excited for your next run.

    Great Belt, Very Comfortable

    I bought this on the advice of Grisha Stewart to use with her belay leash system. It is strong and very comfortable to wear. The two zippered compartments are perfect for ID, keys, protein bar, etc. My 60 pound German Shepherd loves to be my hiking buddy but she also loves to chase squirrels, rabbits, lizards…pretty much anything that moves. With this belt, along with the belay leash system, I am able to allow her to explore, but also keep her under control when needed.

    So glad I got this!

    I actually purchased this to use for hiking with my pup. It’s very comfortable and it frees up my hands to be able to properly use my trekking poles. My pup and I both love it!

    Exceptional

    I'm not a trail runner by any stretch of the imagination but I love this belt. I have two female littermate puppies who have to be separated (on the advice of a specialist) for 99% of the day. I can relocate the girls from room to room easily a on lead that's constantly with me. I'm never caught without one when I need it most. Because the belt is so comfortable, I hardly know I'm wearing it.

    Quality Ruffwear product

    My Trail Runner belt is very sturdy and well made. It’s comfortable. I am not using it for running but for Grisha Stewart’s leash belay training system. I am just in the early stages of learning the system but this belt was recommended by Grisha Stewart so I know it will work for what I am doing.
