Dogs can hold their stride with the Vert™ Jacket no matter what elements are thrown their way. Designed to embrace the wintry-mix that would otherwise mean spending the day inside, the shell fabric is windproof, waterproof, and breathable.

The Vert™ Jacket features extended waterproof coverage over the hips and thighs and recycled, lofted insulation that packs exceptional warmth. Leg loops keep the jacket in place when the winds kick up, and the leash portal allows the Vert™ to be worn over a harness.

While each style of Ruffwear apparel is designed for its intended use, this guide generalizes our fits in three ways. The Vert is a Relaxed Fit with side-release buckles for easy on/off and extended vest coverage over hips and thighs.

    We take our dog skiing and the material is great, allowing activity and keeping them warm. The jacket has enough room to have a baselayer on for super cold days.

    We have a white GSD and live in Colorado where there are occasional snowstorms. Dog knows that when this goes on that he will be playing in the snow, so he loves it. Stays in place, covers his whole back in size

    L, keeps him dry, and adds a little warmth. Looks good too!

    Perfect dog coat

    My dog use to have a fleece coat and would scratch all the time and would spend more time rolling on the ground trying to get it off than actually walk! This one is not bothering him at all. The quality is great. He is a 32 pounds doodle and the small is perfect.

    Perfect for my short haired ridgeback!

    Family went camping in big bear over the weekend and we knew it would get down to the low 40’s. We got this jacket to help keep him warm as he can get cold easily (short hair Rhodesian ridgeback) and he loved it. Super easy to get on and stays on when clipped in. Would recommend for short hair dogs .
