Dogs can hold their stride with the Vert™ Jacket no matter what elements are thrown their way. Designed to embrace the wintry-mix that would otherwise mean spending the day inside, the shell fabric is windproof, waterproof, and breathable.

The Vert™ Jacket features extended waterproof coverage over the hips and thighs and recycled, lofted insulation that packs exceptional warmth. Leg loops keep the jacket in place when the winds kick up, and the leash portal allows the Vert™ to be worn over a harness.

High-loft recycled polyester insulation provides warmth.

While each style of Ruffwear apparel is designed for its intended use, this guide generalizes our fits in three ways. The Vert is a Relaxed Fit with side-release buckles for easy on/off and extended vest coverage over hips and thighs.

    Great coat

    I have a lab mix who needs the extra warmth of the Vert Winter Coat on cold and rainy days. He is 75 lbs but long barrel chest so I went with the large size. It fits great and is easy to get on and off.

    Perfect coat!

    I have several ruffwear coats but this one is the best of all! Easy to put on and off, easy to clean. It is great for winter and will work well in cold rainy weather.

    Our dog loves this coat!

    This was one of the first Ruffwear coats we bought for our putty mix and our dog loves it we base layer a fleece under it and it's perfect for all winter conditions. Great coverage, fit, style, construction. We love it!

    great coat

    This coat keeps Drizzle warm as she helps us around the farm and in the woods. It is lightweight and comfortable. She has received many compliments about it!! She is 100% Supermutt ❤️ PS we did have to remove the leg straps….they made her ticklish back there!
