    Ruffwear Martingale Dog Collar

    We love the Ruffwear collars, and have been using the Martingale collar on our dogs who pull a lot on their leads. The collar looks nice and washes well. We just wish they came in more colors like Ruffwear's other collars. We added an ID from dogid.com and it fits nicely on to the Martingale collar. Attached is a photo taken during an Easter Egg hunt.

    Awesome product

    To be honest, I'm probably more in "love" with the collar than my dog......but, it's as close as I've come in trying to find her a super small collar that she can't escape from.....same thing that goes for harnesses.

    The theory of the Martingale is genius.....That being acknowledged bring me to the point that for the right size dog, it'd be a real winner if you have a "puller" on the other end of the leash. I'm going to take it to a shoe shop and see if he can make the side pieces of the collar smaller. Wish me luck!

    I love your stuff and I know I'm not the only one who does, who have small kids who are escape artists so maybe add an even smaller size?

    I just wish it was one size smaller than your XXS.....maybe then she couldn't get out of it. Thanks for the quality you put into your products.

    Best collar

    I use this collar for my rescue dog as he sometimes gets scared. So when we were able to trap a dog that had been bumped and running feral for moths, I knew Ineeded one for her, too. I can walk either of them confident they won't get loose.

    everyones favorite

    Our dog loves / requests this collar to go on walks. This is pretty massive for him since he HATES his harness. We got this collar because we wanted piece of mind that he couldn't slip it (not that he tries, but he is reactive) and that we wouldn't choke him and it's been perfect. He outgrew his martingale from the shelter (it maxed out at around 17inches) and we weren't sure what size to get him, but the 17"-20" has been a perfect fit of not being too tight or too loose. Plus he looks very handsome in green!
