Wish they were sold in pairs of two

I bought these liners to hopefully help keep the Ruffwear booties on my dog's paws since they kept slipping off. My dog's front paws are 2" and her back paws are 1.75". The liners are sold as a set of four and my dog's paw measurements are split between two different sized sets. Upon contacting Ruffwear about this predicament, it was recommended that I get the 2.00/2.25" set. We tried them on at home when they arrived, and the liners were definitely too big for her back paws. Regardless, I suited her up in all four liners and booties. The front booties seemed to stay on better. But the back ones eventually slipped off, liner and all. In the event this continued to happen, it was recommended that I, additionally, use vet tape to secure the booties in place. I haven't tried that yet since I haven't even tried to use these outside the house yet. Perhaps if I had the proper size liner for her back paws they would stay on better, but I don't really want to buy two separate sets. I was surprised (and slightly disappointed) the liners didn't come in twos since the booties do.

Don't waste your money. Not only are these not sold in pairs to match up with the boots which ARE sold in pairs so you can get them right for dogs with larger front feet than rear, but they also just skip down inside the boots, even if you turn the cuff over the top. Sorry, Ruffwear but I sure wish I hadn't spent my money on these, or put my dog through having socks all bunched up around his feet while he was working. I did give them one extra star because they are at least well made, even if they don't function properly.

Dewclaw Savers

If your dog has dewclaws the boot liners are a must in my opinion. They keep the dewclaws safe and tucked away. They also absorb the sweat and prevent the shoes smelling and are much easier to wash.
