Ruffwear Event Purchase Policy
Products purchased at any Ruffwear direct sales channel—including our retail store, warehouse sales, events, and pop-up shops—are for your personal use only and are not for resale.
You may not offer our products for sale on any e-commerce platform, including Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, or any social commerce platforms, without our prior written permission. You are also prohibited from selling or diverting products to any individual or entity you know or believe will resell them.
Purchase Requirements & Limitations
The sale is open to Ruffwear Account Holders. By shopping this event, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including your full name, email, phone number, and billing information.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Limit of four (4) items per category:

Boots (front and back pair = 2 items)

Collars

Leashes

Toys
Please note: The total number of items you purchase may not exceed eight (8) items per customer.
Enforcement and Consequences
In the event of a breach of this policy, Ruffwear reserves the right to take appropriate action, including:

Canceling your orders.

Refusing to sell products to you in the future.

Pursuing legal remedies.
Violation of this policy may result in the termination of any agreements between you and Ruffwear. You may be required to reimburse Ruffwear for any costs we incur while attempting to repurchase or recover products sold by you in breach of this agreement. Ruffwear may also seek damages for any harm caused by your violation.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ruffwear, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result from your violation of this policy or any activity related to your account.
