The Crag EX™ Leash is an adjustable dog leash that can be used hand-held or hands-free. Fully extend to 6 feet (1.8 m) for relaxed walks or more room while running and hiking, or shorten to 3.5 feet (1 m) when looking to keep your pup close. The metal slider makes it easy to adjust length on the go.

The side-release buckle on the handle is easy to use and reinforced with an aluminum uniloop for exceptional strength, adjusting easily when wearing around the waist. Ruffwear’s unique Talon Clip™ offers a strong and secure connection to your dog.

It includes Ruffwear's signature leash features like a padded handle, an accessory loop for pick-up bags or small attachable leash accessories, and strong webbing that holds its color so it can be your favorite leash for years to come. Integrated reflectivity helps boost visibility for dogs and humans getting out in low-light conditions.

    Versatile, durable, easy to use.

    This is our second of this exact leash. Last one would have probably lasted forever if it weren’t for some sharp puppy teeth and a lack of supervision for 30 seconds. The adjustability is nice for hiking or running and the clip at the handle means you can wear it around your waist or adjust to fit around an object if you need to tether your dog at camp, office, etc.

    Go to leash for everything. The loop is very comfortable on the hands and the quick release buckle is nice when you have to clip the leash to a table.

    Our second Crag Leash

    We really like the ability to change the length as needed, we rarely use the waist band option, but it is quite handy when we do, and maybe when our puppy is a bit more calm we can use it more.

    Awesome!

    Great if you like altering between a short and long leash. Super easy to adjust length. Beautiful design. Light weight. Not sure the durability (time will tell). Only wish the clip could clip onto the handle hardware so I can wear the leash around my body when dog is off leash.
