This is even better than my regular running belt--which I used to wear in addition to buckling a dog leash around my waist. I love how the belt stays put even when my dog zig-zags, and the two pockets are great. I put my phone in the larger pocket and a roll of poop bags in the small pocket.

Doesn't even feel like I'm wearing anything! Perfect for carrying poop bags and treats on the go with my pup.

This belt is awesome! Had a little issue at first, was sent the wrong size, but was able to return and sent the correct size with a day or two. I love this thing. I had previously been using a small fanny pack to attach my dogs leash to but it would stretch out and it drove me crazy. I love that this has a separate area to attach the leash apart from the belt that goes around the waist. It's also very comfortable sitting on the hips.

This is the belt you didn't know you needed! I had a "Amazon choice" running belt before, and it was fine until I got this. It is comfortable, stays in place, and still allows freedom for the leash to move comfortably. No rubbing, chafing, or bouncing! The pockets are also a nice size for all of your running gizmos and necessities.

I got this to hike with my 30 lb mixed breed dog that cannot go off leash and starts out our hikes with a little too much pulling. After injuring my shoulder this allowed me to take her hiking without risking getting re-injured. It is nice to be hands free too!
