The Ruffwear Pack will be out January 1. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday, December 31 will ship on Monday, January 4.
Shipping carriers are facing particularly high-demands this holiday season.

We know the outdoors is calling. That’s why we’re working like dogs to get your Ruffwear gear out the door as soon as possible. We strive to process and ship orders within one to two business days. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We don’t ship on non-business days or holidays.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed before 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. (PT) will ship the next business day. Used gear may take up to 3 business days to ship.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, only via FedEx. Please select the Economy Shipping option at checkout.

DOES RUFFWEAR SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Ruffwear ships to Canada. For other international locations, please use our Store Locator to locate other Ruffwear dealers.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING HOLIDAYS?

Ruffwear will not ship on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas (December 22nd - 25th)
  • Day after Christmas
