Bark'n Boot Liners aka Socks
Lili is a forward tripawd, so after checking all my options i settled on these socks to accompany her Grip Trex shoe. This sock must stand up to an unusual amount of wear and tear as Lili is still throwing all her weight onto her one front foot and occasionally running into sharp turns and about-faces moves just because she loves life! This sock still stays in place (we're up to 30 min of weartime). I'm very impressed! It is hard for me to put on her foot quickly, I'm planning to rig something like a handled funnel similar to the sock-aid sold for people unable to reach their feet. It does help to have her lay down for a belly rub and apply her sock, shoe in that position.
Necessary for pups with dewclaws!
I bought these for my service dog along with the griptrex booties. She has dewclaws and the socks hold them in place so they are not snagging on the boot itself. It also makes it extremely easy to put on. BABY SOCKS DO NOT WORK THE SAME. I tried baby socks and they would slip off her dewclaws or gather in the boot. If you buy boots add these to your order.❤️
We bought Bark’n Boots & Liners for our two Goldens. They accepted them surprisingly quickly. They are difficult to get on initially, but you learn a technique. We wanted these for when we are out on pavement a lot in the summer. We enjoy summer festivals in our area. We live in the Deep South and the pavement can be brutally hot. While we don’t need them every season, (we’re mostly homebodies) there are times that they are a must. We will probably try them in the snow if we get any this winter.
Have English Bulldogs and they have some serious allergies.. wearing your products have alleviated a lot of problems.. they were walking like space men at first, but have gotten use to shoes.. thanx
These are well made and help keep my paws comfortable when wearing his Grip Tex.
