The Brush Guard™ is an add-on to select Ruffwear harnesses and packs, offering three distinct purposes: it provides chest and belly protection from abrasion, adds additional support when lifting and assisting dogs, and further stabilizes packs and harnesses.

The Brush Guard uses hook-and-loop sleeve attachments and easily attaches to only the following Ruffwear harnesses and packs:

    My dog loves it!

    I have this under my dogs palisades pack and she loves it, It spreads the load out and adds more padding. The fit was great ( she is 117 lbs) and only took a minute to install and adjust. She has worn it most the day before with out issues.
