The Highlands Sleeping Bag is a lightweight, compressible synthetic down sleeping bag for dogs, keeping them warm and comfortable on the trail, at camp, and in the backcountry. The half-length zipper maintains easy entry while reducing weight and bulk. When zipped closed, the design is efficient at keeping dogs warm - giving dogs room where they need it while tailoring the shape to cut down on extra space.

A neck baffle folds in to keep cold drafts at bay and helps retain body heat. When extra insulation is needed, slip the Highlands™ Pad (sold separately) into the integrated pad sleeve as a barrier between colder surfaces. Compression sack is included.

    Yes your dog will use it

    This is the second bag I’ve purchased. I was skeptical when I got the first one that my dog would use it, but he does and I’m so happy we got it. It can get pretty cold camping and I it’s great for keep my dogs completely covered at night. I unzip, he lays down and I zip him in. But he can still get up and move around. I got the second one for our other dog since it’s too difficult to keep her covered with blankets when camping, sleeping bag was a genius idea.

    Travel gear,

    Fozzy Bear cautiously investigated his new sleeping bag. After a little encouragement he settled in and now loves it!

    I also purchased the accompanying pad for extra comfort.

    We have a trip planned for June, so now Fozzy Bear and I are all set in complete comfort!

    Highlands Dog Sleeping bag

    The highlands dog sleeping bag is exactly what I was looking for in a dog bed for camping. It packs down small in a compression bag but expands into a comfortable plush bed. With the optional opening for dogs to tuck in or just lay on top. This will be a perfect addition to backpacking trips this summer and I wont have to share my sleeping pad!
