    Great for long wet northern nights walks.

    Fits well over a harness or without. Great for the long dark and sometimes wet northern nights up here in Alaska.

    Can you see me in the dark, :-)

    Does high visibility coat ensures that in dark, rainy days, dark winter nights, and most of all lower level areas are very visible for drivers to see, I feel safe with his new high visibility coat and everybody says he looks nappy, sharp, as a handsome boy with his new visibility coat, :-)
