Versatility is at the core of the Switchbak™ Leash, ready to adapt to the ever-changing needs of your on-leash pursuits with your dog. When conditions change, switch it up on the fly with this adjustable-length, double-ended dog leash. The supple, lightweight webbing makes for smooth adjustments and a comfortable grip. Ruffwear's custom sliding V-rings offer seamless transitions between the various leash configurations: waist-worn, over the shoulder, hand-held, a coupler, double-clipped, and more.

    Great Running Leash

    I needed a longer leash (more than 6 ft) with metal clips for running trails with my 75 lb. German shepherd. This leash is more than long enough to give her enough space in front of me so I can see rocks and roots on the ground. I love how light it is, while the metal buckles are sturdy enough that I don’t worry about them breaking if she lunges. Clips on both ends are perfect for clipping onto her harness and directly onto my hands-free running belt. When we go into the city, the leash is easily adjustable to a shorter length and the padded handle is comfortable.

    A true do it all leash.

    Was reluctant to spend the money on this leash but glad we did.

    Like all Ruffwear products...it made and finished better than any other dog accessories we have seen.

    I love the adaptability of the leash. Double attachment. Single with handle. Waste. It does it all.

    And the fit and finish is as good as it gets.

    Very happy with our purchase.

    Switchback? No way! Not gonna happen!

    I love this leash, and so does Travis Barker; I’ll never switch back to my old leash. I’m getting older now and don’t have the same energy I used to when I was younger. My favorite way to use it is by hooking it around my waist so Travis can help me along. He’s a Blue Heeler/Labrador mix, and at just 1 year old, he’s already a burly, super energetic dog who loves to hike. When he sees the leash, he does his happy dance, jumping and spinning in circles!
