Who can join the Pack Perks program?

Pack Perks is currently available in the US only with planned expansion to Canada in 2026. Pro Purchase members are not eligible.

What is Qualifying Spend?

Your eligible benefits are based on Qualifying Spend — this includes all eligible products that have been purchased since 2024.

Where can I check my Qualifying Spend progress?

Your Qualifying Spend appears at the top of your Pack Perks page and is automatically tracked when you're shopping logged in.

How do I join the Pack Perks program?

Joining is easy and free. Simply create an account on our website to start enjoying exclusive benefits. Your progress is tracked after every order as long as you use your account email at checkout. Guest checkouts are not tracked.

How is the 10% store credit issued?

10% store credit is exclusive to Pack Perks members ($150+ in qualifying spend). Welcome Perks members earn the other program benefits but do not earn 10% store credit until they cross the Pack Perks threshold.

Once you're at the Pack Perks tier, all credits are issued as merchandise store credit, automatically applied to your account and easily redeemed at checkout. Store credit takes up to 32 days after purchase to apply.

Note: Pack Perks credits cannot be applied to RuffWorn used gear, sale, clearance, or discounted items.

Can I earn rewards by referring friends?

Yes — referrals are available to all members, starting at Welcome Perks. You'll get a unique referral QR code on your digital membership card (Apple & Google Wallet), and you'll earn store credit for each successful referral. Give $10, get $10 in store credit on the next $100 spent.

Do I get store credit or accumulate Qualifying Spend on returns?

No, both store credit and Qualifying Spend will not be earned on items that are returned.

Does my store credit expire?

Yes, rewards expire 1 year from the date of issue.

How do I use my store credit?

Your store credit is applied to your account within 32 days and can only be used on ruffwear.com.

To apply at checkout, ensure you're logged in with your account email. At checkout, choose "Add Store credit" with your available balance and check the box to apply your rewards.

Pack Perks credits will not apply to RuffWorn used gear, sale, clearance, or discounted items.

What happens to my Pack Perks if I return an item I bought with them?

They're refunded to your account with the original expiration date reinstated.

Why does my credit show as pending?

Credit may show as "pending" if it has not yet been applied to your account. Credit will be applied within 32 days of purchase.

* Pack Perks Member Rewards may only be based on eligible net qualified purchases, which exclude RuffWorn used gear, sale/special items, discounted items, gift cards, postage, event tickets, passes or registrations, government agencies, and sales tax. Pro Purchase is not eligible for Pack Perks.
