Climate Changer™ Fleece Vest

We have a number of Ruffwear clothing items for our 70 pound rottie mix who has a thin/nonexistent undercoat. This is a useful layer for chilly pre-dawn morning visits to the dog park in fall and spring. It fits well and we like the speed buckles at the sides instead of having to deal with paws thru leg holes, pulling garments over the head or fussing with zippers. It is very much like the Overcoat Fuse jacket, and I think we can use it underneath that as another layer on days that are especially chilly/windy/raw. Nice to have the leash slot on the back for quick attachment to a harness. We have a size medium on a 70 pound petite rottie mix, chest measures 30” and there is good coverage down back. The leg straps would hold the “tail end” in place better but we actually don’t use them.
