Measurement is determined by your dog’s chest girth, measured around the widest part of the rib cage. Coverage may fit slightly shorter or longer depending on your dog’s proportions. If between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit, or down for a more snug fit.

    Great Vest!

    The Swamp Cooler Zip Cooling Vest is the GOAT! I initially bought the vest with the snap closure, and it was good for our Corgi, but she outgrew it. So, this time around, I bought the zip version. Wow! I love the stretchy material and that it is form fitting to her, and I believe it keeps her cooler than the original one we bought. She is double-coated and mostly black and really minds the heat. Putting this vest on her definitely puts the spring back in her step. Thank you, Ruffwear, for making such great products!

    Stays cold

    A vest you get wet and it keeps them cooler. Doesn't chafe, fits my greyhound more like a crop top that than shirt but it keeps her cooler, which is what we needed on the 100 degree days in the desert for morning walks.

    Great.

    My 25lb dog is a black pug mix and has a short snout, so she overheats quickly. With this cooling vest (plus a water bottle to give her drinks and re-wet the vest) our hot summer walks are far safer and more enjoyable.

    Love this vest

    The RuffWear zip cooling vest fits under my dog's harness and really helps keep her cool. I feel like I can walk her when it is hotter outside with less worry now. Yesterday we went from trail to training just fine. I am grateful for such a well-made product!
